As a complimentary benefit of your Emirates Holidays package, you will be met at the airport in Dubai, and other selected destinations by one of our team. Our welcoming staff will meet you upon arrival, and direct you through the airport formalities. If you have booked a transfer with us, they will guide you to your pick-up location.   If you are travelling to Dubai, you can upgrade your Meet & Greet service to our range of premium packages, including options such as fast-track, and a dedicated one-to-one service. Complimentary First Class Hotel Check-in

If you are travelling with us in First Class, and staying with us in Dubai, let the check-in agents come to you.   Our partners DUBZ will complete check-in at your hotel, and take your bags to the flight. Your check-in agent will email a mobile boarding pass to you to present on your phone through the airport, or they can print one out. With everything completed, you can enjoy the rest of your day and breeze through the airport later. The complimentary service can be booked online here. 

Fast-track the Airport formalities with Airport Ease

Emirates Holidays customers visiting Dubai who want to jump straight into their long-awaited stay, can now upgrade their airport experience and have their arrivals and departures taken care of with two unique packages.

Airport Ease

This package includes an effortless end-to-end experience with Meet & greet prior to reaching immigration, fast-track and a personalised escort through the arrivals hall, and Emirates’ signature Chauffeur Drive service in a BMW 5 Series for onward transport to your hotel. Emirates Holidays will also do the legwork on baggage handling and collection, in addition to convenient baggage delivery directly to your hotel.

Airport Ease +

Convenience and efficiency are taken to the next level for the whole arrivals and departures experience. The tailor-made airport experience includes a dedicated Meet & Greet at your gate, one-to-one escort and dedicated fast-track at immigration and security, Emirates’ BMW Series 5 Chauffeur Drive service to and from the airport, and baggage collection and convenient delivery directly to your hotel.

Upon departure, you can take advantage of hotel check-in, complete your check-in formalities and have your luggage transported to the airport prior to your return flight. You can then make your way to the airport via our Chauffeur Drive service, and head directly to immigration, bypassing the check-in queue at the airport. Airport Lounges

Part of the Emirates Experience is to ensure your holiday is hassle-free from start to finish. You’ll find our Lounges in international airports across six continents, including our A380 hub in Dubai.

Before visiting our lounges, please check your eligibility here. Emirates Lounge access is exclusive to customers flying in First Class or Business Class. If you’re an Emirates Skywards Gold member travelling in Economy Class, you can also enjoy access to our Business Class Lounges around the globe and Silver members can enter our Business Class Lounges in Dubai. You will just need your boarding pass, and you can come and go as you please before your flight – they are all open 24 hours a day.
